Meet Momodou Camara: Helping Gambians Find Jobs Through Outsource Recruitment
Momodou Camara, a former banker turned entrepreneur, founded Outsource Recruitment to help reduce unemployment in The Gambia. With over 3 years of service, his agency connects people with jobs and training, earning recognition from banks and government institutions.
Momodou Camara is a Gambian leader on a mission to change lives through jobs. After nearly 10 years working in the banking industry, he decided to take a bold step leaving his secure job to help others build their future.
He launched Outsource Recruitment Agency, a company that helps people in The Gambia find jobs and get trained for better opportunities.
His inspiration came from seeing many people struggle to find work. He knew something had to be done. Now, three years later, his agency is making a big impact by connecting job seekers with employers and providing the training they need to succeed.
Starting the business wasn’t easy. One of the biggest challenges was building trust with employers and getting them on board. But through hard work and dedication, Momodou and his team have gained recognition from banks and even the government a proud moment for him.
Outsource Recruitment is based near Sobuya Junction, in the former Jammeh Foundation for Peace office. The agency continues to grow and is on its way to becoming a key player in The Gambia’s job market.
His message to other entrepreneurs is simple but powerful:
“Believe in yourself.”
